As company Director, David has played a vital role in establishing tree management systems and polices throughout New Zealand, working closely with councils, stakeholders and residential clients.

Lee Rowley

Queenstown Lake based, Lee is an experienced tree surveyor and risk assessor and has spent several years working closely with local councils, commercial and residential clients.

Since completing her Environmental Science and Geography Degree in 2019, Alice has since worked in multiple environmental consultancy roles. This has included asbestos surveying and soil/water contamination, while working with residential and commercial clients, and councils across the country. Now based in Wellington, Alice has joined the company to establish her arboricultural skills and become a qualified tree surveyor and risk assessor.

Joshua Symes

Joshua has a wide range of experience across the industry, primarily in the public sector. He is a qualified risk assessor and has undertaken surveys across urban, rural, and roadside tree populations for the development of both maintenance schedules and risk-based assessment monitoring and removal programmes.

Since 2015, Laura has worked across Canada and Aotearoa New Zealand as a climbing arborist and consultant. She holds tertiary qualifications in Urban Forestry and Arboriculture and is completing a Master of Environmental Science focused on canopy ecology at the University of Waikato. She applies a science‑based approach to tree assessment and management, including risk assessment, condition surveys, and management planning.
